How long does it take to get my order?

Your order will generally be dispatched the same day as payment is received. If received late afternoon it will ship the following day. Shipping to most places in Australia takes 2-3 days. Shipping to Western Australia or remote regions may take a few more days.  Also allow for weekends when thinking about shipping.  If you have any concerns about meeting a delivery deadline please contact us before making your purchase to ensure delivery expectations.

How do I return DOA and Faulty Goods?

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you. You will receive the credit within a few days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to the rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law you may also be entitled to benefits under the terms of any additional manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer warranty (if it applies to your product) does not in any way affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Change of Mind

Please make purchasing decisions carefully as do not normally provide returns for change of mind. Where circumstances permit a change Restocking Fees may be charged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
